By the end of August 2010, the Team has finished a "Letter of Intent",[2] and by October 2010 the fundraising has started. On 11 January, 2011 the team announced it transferred the registration fee.[3] The registration (together with the last eight teams) was announced on 17 February, 2011.[4]
The Puli spacecraft is planned to be finished by 2014. It is planned to be launched by a commercial carrier rocket, and to reach the Moon on its own. Traveling on the lunar surface is planned to be achieved by changing the spherical lander's center of mass, making it roll.
